Fish in the oven wt/out oil

Ingredients
*Cod (fish), 500 grams *Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds * Tomato Sauce, with tomato tidbits, 0.5 cup
Directions
In a non-stick oven pan put the fish (cod, halibut, pangasus - fillet, frozen). Add the lemon - wt/out the peel and cut into bits. Also, add an onion cut into strips (red onion if possible). Add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce wt tomato tidbits (or 2 medium tomatoes chopped). If you want, you can add some herbs. Put in the oven for 30 min or until done. Makes 5 servings.
