Nonna's Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup of finely chopped carrots1 cup of finely chopped celery1 cup finely chopped onion2 oz white wine2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef2 500 ml cans of Hunts Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp of tomato paste1 tbsp unsalted butter1 oz of cream
Directions
add half butter to pan and heat over med heat and onions, carrots and celery (salt and pepper to taste) and cook over medium heat until translucent and soft. Add wine and meat cook until browned, add 2 cans of sauce. Simmer for a 2 of hours. Add tomato paste - simmer 1 hour. Add butter and cream. Divide into 4 containers - each container serves 6.
