Easy Oven Chuck Pot Roast

Ingredients
Beef chuck, shoulder roast, 2 lbRed Wine, 2 fl oz Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1.75 tbsp
Directions
Place roast in pan, just big enough to fit roast. Put soup mix on top of steak, pour wine over steak. Bake at 350 degree oven hour - hour and half until done
