1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)1 1/4 cup water1/2 cup milk1/4 cup mozzarella cheese3 TBSP parmesan cheese1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables1/2 lb chicken breast cut into cubes3/4 cup long grain rice
combines all ingredients in 3 quart shallow baking dish. COVER. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes. Stir. Bake for 10 more minutes until rice is done. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4.
