Egg and Bacon Stuffed Muffins

Ingredients
Martha White Sweet Yellow corn bread mix1/2 cup egg beaters3 slices turkey bacon1/2 cup Lactose free Fat free milk (for corn bread mix)1 Egg (for corn bread mix)
Directions
Mix corn bread mix with lactose free milk and egg per package directions.
Scramble egg beaters and cook the turkey bacon. Pour cornbread batter into 6 muffin cups, push cooked egg beaters and turkey bacon into batter. Cook muffins for 17-22 minutes at 400 per package instructions.
