Ingredients
1 slice Bread, whole wheat .5 cup Tomato juice, without salt added .5 tsp Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp Parsley, dried .25 tsp Salt.25 tsp Pepper, black4 clove Garlic, 4 clove 8 slice Ham, extra lean12 oz Cheeze, Mozzerella, Kraft part skimEgg, fresh, 2 large (remove)2 lbs Ground Beef Lean
Directions
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, tomato juice, parsley and spices with the beef. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. On wax paper pat meat mixture into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Arrange ham over the top of the beef and cover with grated cheeze. Using the wax paper lift and roll into a log starting from the short end. Seal edges together by pressing and also edges. Slide carefully onto a foil covered baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1hr. 15 min.
