Sheila's Egg-acado breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 avacado1 poached egg (or egg cooked the way you like)1 tomatofat free fetajuice of lemonolive oilsalt, pepper and I added a little oregano
Directions
cut up the 1/2 avacado and tomato
add fat free feta or any feta of your choice
poach an egg or cook the egg to your liking
add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
I also crumbled oregano on top
