Ingredients
1 cup flaked oatmeal1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup ground almonds1/4 cup ground flax seed3/4 cup dried cranberries (chopped fine)1 tsp vanilla extract1.5 tbsp orange peel (chopped fine)1/4 cup butter1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Directions
combine ingredients and spread in a 9x13 pan
bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden
remove to cool and cut into 20 servings
