Pasta with tomatoes, spinach, and chickpeas

Ingredients
14.5 oz whole grain rotini28oz diced tomatoes1 pack of frozen spinach1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms3 tsp garlic1 can chickpeas drained and rinsedItalian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside
Sautee mushrooms in a non stick pan with cooking spray
Transfer mushrooms to pot with remaining ingredients and heat through.
Combine pasta with sauce and serve.
Garnish with cheese or other topping if desired.
