skinny seaweed salad

Ingredients
2 oz dried wakame seaweed (makes about 4-6 cups)Seasoned rice vinegar- to tastetoasted sesame seeds- 1 oz or to tastesesame oil- 2 tbs or to taste2 chili peppers- cut into small pieces (can use fresh or dried- I prefer fresh)
Directions
Follow the wakame seaweed package instructions for re-hydration (usually 20-30 minutes soaking in room temp water). Cut the chili peppers into small pieces. Toss all ingredients together and adjust vinegar and sesame oil to taste. Enjoy.
