Cajun Salmon

Ingredients
1 T Minced Garlic1 T Butter1 Cup Alfredo SauceCajun Seasoning to TasteCanola Oil Cooking Spray12 oz. (one long filet) Wild Caught Atlantic Salmon
Directions
Makes 3 4 oz. servings

Preheat oven for 425. Spray a glass cooking pan with canola oil. Sprinkle salmon with cajun seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes.
While salmon is cooking, saute minced garlic in the butter. With burner on medium-low, add the alfredo sauce and cajun seasoning to cajun seasoning to taste.
Serve sauce over the salmon.
