Greek bowl

Ingredients
1 Italian tomato, de-seeded and chopped 1/2 C. chopped English cucumber1/4 of a sweet pepper (yellow, orange, red), chopped1 oz fat free Feta cheese, crumbled2 T black Kalamata olives, chopped1/4 C roasted red pepper hummus (I got mine from the olive bar at my local Kroger. Nutritional stats are great because it isn't made with tahini.)1 oz plain pita chips
Directions
Mix all the vegetables and the cheese together. Drop your hummus beside it and use the chips to scoop it! YUM! Best if served immediately after making it.
