Taco/Fajita No Salt Seasoning (BLM's tweaks)

Ingredients
1 Tb, Chili powder1 Tb, Corn Starch (or Flour)1 tsp, Cumin Powder1 tsp, Pepper, red or cayenne1 tsp, Pepper, black1 tsp, Oregano, ground1 tsp, Paprika1 tsp, Garlic powder1 tsp, Onion powder
Directions
FOR TACOS:
Brown a 1lb of meat
(ground meat, steak, chicken or anything else you might like)
Add Water (Broth or Stock), 1 cup
Stir well
Let simmer uncovered on low for 20 minutes.

FOR FAJITA'S:
Add dry ingredients to your own oil/vinegar blend to marinate before grilling. I prefer overnight marinating.

STORAGE:
Dry seasoning can be mixed and store in tight fitting container for up to a year. I reuse spice jars, label and date.

SERVING:
Equivalent to 1 store seasoning envelope.
Entire dry ingredients approx. 4.333 Tbs or 13 tsp
