No Peek Chicken Hotdish

Ingredients
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 98% Fat Free1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup 98% Fat Free3/4 cup 1% milk1 1/2 cup Brown Minute Rice3 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Directions
In a large bowl, combine soups and milk. Stir until creamy. Add rice and stir until rice is thoroughly incorporated. Pour into a 13X9 inch baking dish. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Top with rice with chicken breast pieces. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake covered at 325 degrees for two hours. Do not peek!
