12oz bag Great Value Steamable broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots.1 cup of Fresh Spinach, packed1 can Cream of Mushroom soup1 can Cream of Celery soup1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese1 8oz pkg. shredded mozarella cheese1 cup Low fat cottage cheese1 Tbsp garlic powder2 tsp Paul Prudhomme's pizza & pasta seasoning, opt.9 oven ready lasagna noodles
Cook vegetables according to package. Mix soups, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pizza magic together. Place 3 lasagna noodes on the bottom of a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with soup and cheese mixture, then add half of vegetables, and top of veggies put half of spinach. Top this layer with 3 lasagna noodles, and top with more soup and vegetable mixture, reserving enough to put on top of last layer of lasagna noodles. Bake 375 for 30 to 45 minutes.
