Ingredients
6 Cups Romain Hearts chopped (about 2 hearts)1 Cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 bell pepper sliced1 Cup cucumber sliced with peel1 Cup grape tomatoes halved1 avocado peeled and dicedThis is enough to serve 4-6 people and you may still have left overs for the next day. Serve with your favorite light dressing.
Directions
Chop/slice all ingredients and toss in a large bowl. Serve with favorite light dressing. Makes 8 -1 cup servings
