10 carrots (2 cups carrot pulp from the juicer, and 200 g juice)300 g warm water12 g dry yeast1 tsp raw sugar (or white sugar)1 tsp salt1 large egg1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup five grain blend (or some other kind of grain blend)20 dates3 cups spelt flour500 g all-purpose flour

Makes 25-30 bread buns
Preheat oven to 200 C
Bake for 15 minutes (two plates)
