VEGGIESLettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 cup shreddedCabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shreddedOnions, red or green, raw, 0.50 cup, choppedSweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, choppedRadishes, 1 cup slicedSpinach, fresh, 2 cupZucchini, 1 cup, slicedON TOP:Pumpkin Seeds, 0.50 cupSweet Potato Tortilla Chips, 1 servingGrated Carrots, raw, 1 cupDRESSING:Olive Oil, 1 1tspLemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsAgave Nectar, 2 tbspApple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic, 2 tbspSalt n Peppa'Garlic
Directions
Get all your veggies ready and throw them in a nice big salad bowl. Add the nuts and seeds and grated carrots and toss. Shake up the lemon juice, agave, olive oil and vinegar with some spices and add to salad. Toss and share with a friend for a yummy dinner.
