Slow Cooker Cheesy Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned1 jar salsa2 cups shredded low fat cheddar1 can white beans
Directions
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Pour jar of salsa over chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred chicken. (If chicken is cooked enough, it should be very easy to shred apart.) Stir in can of beans and cheese. Continue to cook for 1 hour.
Serve over brown rice, if desired.
