Salad Bowl Veges Version #1

Ingredients
1 Carrot, chopped1 Celery Stalk, chopped1 can 4 bean salad, not drained1 can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained1/2 onion small, chopped3 T red onion, chopped1/2 c Frozen Peas1 can Black Olives, rinsed and drained1/3 head Cauliflower, chopped1/2 to 1 C Mushrooms, rinsed and sliced1/2 small Cucumber, peeled and diced1/2 to 1 C Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half1 can Beets, rinsed, drained and diced
Directions
Rinse as needed, Chop, dice and mix all ingredients. Drain, rinse all canned items EXCEPT the 4 Bean Salad. Put all in bowl and mix well.
Makes about 6 - 8 / 1Cup Servings.
Top with your favorite dressing or add to a bowl of lettuce greens or add more veges.
