Bev's Spinach Lasagna Rolls w/Ground Beef

1 quart spaghetti sauce1lb 73% lean ground beef10 lasagna noodles1 C 1% cottage Cheese1 T garlic Powder1/4 C Parmesan Cheese (grated)1 box frozen spinach thawed and drained
In a casserole dish, pour spaghetti sauce on the bottom. Brown ground beef, drain fat and rinse with hot water. Cook noodles according to box directions. Lay on wax paper to cool so they do not stick together. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, cottage cheese, Parmesan, spinach and garlic powder (Salt and pepper for your taste can go in here). Place a spoonful of cheese mixture on a noodle and roll up. Place in spaghetti sauce with the side of the lasagna noodles up for pretty presentation. Cover with foil and cook for 30 mins at 375 degrees. Enjoy!
