Dollbabe56's (Yeast Free, Sugar Free) Banana Oat Cookies

3 cups Old-Fashioned Oats - dry3 bananas1/4 cup walnut oil3/4 cup chopped walnuts1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp allspice
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Combine oats, salt, and allspice. Set aside for a few minutes. Puree bananas in blender to equal 2 1/2 cups. Add banana puree and walnuts to oat mixture. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Place 6, 1/4 cup of mixture on each cookie sheet. Spread each scoop out to about 5". Bake on top rack for 10 minutes. Using fork, flatten each cookie more. Bake for another 8 - 10 minutes.
