Chili

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 700 grams Canned Tomatoes, 800 grams Oxo cube, 3 servingBeans, red kidney, 600 grams Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp3 onions3 cloves of garlic
Directions
Brown the beef, breaking up the lumps,
Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 mins
Blend the tinned tomatoes with 3 oxo cubes and 200ml water and 3 tablespoons of coriander, stir into the beef, garlic and onions.
Add the kidney beans and simmer for 20-25mins
Serve with brown rice
