Low Carb French Toast

Ingredients
3 large eggs, .75 cup half and half, 6 slices Julian Low Carb #1, .75 tsp cinnamon, .5 tsp nutmeg, .5 tsp vanilla, dash of salt
Directions
Makes: 3, 2 slice servings

Preheat non-stick griddle to 350.
Thaw your bread if it's been in the freezer.
Whisk together eggs, cream, vanilla and spices.
Soak each slice for about 20 seconds in the mixture and carefully place on the griddle, cook until gold brown and delicious on each side.

Note: Use a container you're able to get your fingers into so you can lift the bread, once soaked, it will easily tear, be careful!
