Apple Carrot Flax Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour0.75 cup ground flax0.75 cup oat bran1/2 cup sugar1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp allspice3/4 cup nonfat milk2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla2 tbsp canola oil2 cups shredded carrots2 cups shredded apples (about 5 small Spartans)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix all wet ingredients.
Fold together until JUST combined.
Fold in carroge and apples.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-20min.

Raisins can be added also.
