Ham and Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
6 oz. brown rice cooked according to package2 cups frozen peas & carrots mix1 lb. farmland fully cooked cubed ham1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1/3 cup sour cream1/2 cup nonfat milk2 tsp. mustard1 cup Kraft Mexican Cheese mix3 tbsp. italien seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
1.Prepare the rice according to package directions. Spoon into an ungreased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Top with peas & carrots (or frozen veggies of choice), cheese, and ham. Combine the soup, sour cream, milk and mustard. Spread over rice mixture and mix gently. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
2.Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
