asian baked flounder

Ingredients
1-2 small flounder filets1 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp soy saucepinch gingerlemongrass
Directions
spray the inside of the foil with cooking spray; add filets to center of foil. drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce over fish; add the pinch of ginger and the lemongrass. seal foil package and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
