    I skip the salt and the olive oil. I drain and rinse the chickpeas to eliminate extra sodium. I add extra lemon, that's just my personal preference. I don't have a food processor so I use a blender and it works fine if you add water to help keep it blending. - 2/24/11

    I was actually thinking about omitting the olive oil in the recipe and drizzling it on top next time. I have also started roasting my garlic before hand and adding about 4 cloves, it's makes the garlic a little more subtle. Thank you for the review and your input.
