Tuna-Vegetable Chowder (Pillsbury)

Butter or margarineChopped OnionAll purpose FlourGround mustard (I use brown liquid mustard)PepperChicken BrothMilkMilk or Evaporated MilkCheddar or Jack or Colby Cheese4.5 oz Tuna1 - 10.5 oz can Mixed Vegetables drained
In 2-qt pan melt butter over medium heat. Add onion,m cook and stir until tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in flour,
mustard and pepper; cook and stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Gradually stir in milk and broth. Stir in canned mixed vegetables. Heat to boiling over medium heat, watch and stir occasionally. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 3 minutes Add cheese and tuna allowing to melt and heat, stirring gently until cheese is melted.

Double the recipe for 6 servings if needed
