2 grouper filets(2 sheets alum. foil)1/2 c sliced mushroom1/2 c canned diced tom, drained(Minced garlic, dried basil, salt & pepper) - to taste2 T shredded parm cheese
Place fish onto foil sheets. Divide mushrooms
& tomatoes on top of fish. Season w/ garlic,
basil, salt & pepper to your taste. Fold foil over
contents & seal tightly. Place on baking pan;
bake 15 – 20 min @ 400 or until fish flakes
easily. Open foil packets; sprinkle w/ Parmesan.
