Graham Cracker Crust Light Lemon Pie

16 Reduced fat honeymaid graham crackers1/4 cup reduced calorie margarine1 box of shirrif light lemon pie mix1 egg yolk
In a sauce pan, mix 1/3 cup cold water, egg yolk. Add 2 cups of boiling water along with lemon pie mix.
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes constantly stirring.
Allow to cool.
Crush up graham crackers until a fine crumb.
Melt 1/4 cup margarine and mix with crumbs until crumbly.
Press into 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Pour lemon pie filling into cooled pie shell and place in the fridge for an hour and serve.
Makes 8 slices.
