1 TB olive oil2 lb. ground turkey breast1 lg onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced32 oz. reduced fat chicken broth30 oz. canned white beans, drained and rinsed1 tsp. ground cumin1 tsp. dried oregano1 tsp. chili powder-- chipotle variety if you have it-- adds a lot.lime juice from one lime.fresh cilantro
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook ground turkey, onion, and garlic over medium high until turkey is browned (about 20 minutes). Drain off fat.
Add turkey mixture and remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.
