Tuna Noodle Caserole

Ingredients

3 cans of white albacore tuan caned in water3 cans of cream of mushroom soup, reduced salt1 pkg of whole wheat medium egg noodles3 cups of frozen mixed vegiatbles1 cup of frozen grren peas1/2 onion chooped and suateed in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.1/2 cup of grated parmesean cheese or light cheddar cheese1 cup of water1 tsp. thyme1 tsp. of Cayenne PepperSalt and Pepper to taste
Cook noodles per package directions
Sautee onion in 1 tablesopoon of oil
In a 3 quart casserole dish add the tuna, the mushroom soup and the sauteed onions and mix to combine.
Add the frozen vegitables, the Cayenne Pepper, the Thyme and the water.
Add the noodles
Mix to combine all ingrediants and ensure that noodles are well coated with mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
