Lean Beef Oatmeal Meatballs

Ingredients
Ingredients:93% Lean Ground Beef, 12 oz (remove)egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)Oatmeal, quick cooking, 0.25 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Parsley, .25 cup (remove)Basil, 1 leaves (remove)Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsp (remove)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Be sure to dice all vegetables well. Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix well with hands, form 10 balls. You can brown them first, but I usually just plop them into a red sauce which is already hot and waiting. Cook for 45 minutes on simmer for best flavor absorption.
