Beef & Asparagus with Pasta

12 oz. (cooked weight) chuck shoulder steak69 Asparagus Spears (About 2 lbs.)1 med . Onion4 Cloves Garlic1 TBSP Olive Oil8 oz. (dry weight) linguini (or pasta of choice)
Trim and cut asparagus in 1 inch pieces.
Slice beef in thin strips.
Mince Onion and garlic.
Cook pasta per package directions and drain.
Heat oil in large fry pan. Add beef strips and brown. Add garlic and onion and stir. Season with salt substitute. Add asparagus and stir, then cover with a lid and cook, stirring several times, until asparagus is cooked. Stir in pasta and serve.
