Shreaded Beefy tacos

Ingredients
1/2 lb beef chuck roast1 cup onions 1 pack Old El Paso taco seasoning 3 tbs. extra virgin olive oilmixed salad greens12 corn tortillas2% chedder cheese
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear beef on both sides for 3 min over mediam heat. Add taco seasoning, and onions. cook until onions are carmelized. add 2 cups water and cook until beef is soft enough to shread. Warm up corn tortillias in oven and add toppings as desired. Makes 12 tacos.
