Banana Bread Easy and Simple

Ingredients
100g butter1 large egg well beaten50g sugar100g white flour100g wholemeal flour450g bananas - peeled and mashed1 tsp vanilla essence2 tsp baking powder
Directions
heat oven to 180C or 350F
Place butter, sugar, vanilla, egg, bananas and baking powder in a a bowl
baet well until blended
pour into 2lb loaf tin and bake for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
