Ingredients
1/2 Avocado1/4 cup chopped asparagus1/4 cup chopped cucumber3 oz cooked shrimp1/2 cup imitation crab1 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Pile first five ingredients on the rice.

I often whisk together some Sriracha chili sauce and soy sauce to pour over the top (not included in calorie count). Serve with some baked spring rolls for a delicious meal!
