1tbs cooking oil1 Pkg Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced2 Bell Peppers ( I used orange and red), chopped1/2 onion, chopped (I used a mild yellow)Diced Tomatoes (1 can, drained)1/2 tsp crushed red pepperBrown Rice (1 c serving each, I used Village Harvest frozen)
Heat oil in skillet
add chipped bell peppers and onion
cook until softened (about 3-5 minutes)
add crushed red pepper, stir
add sliced sausage and drained tomatoes
simmer until heated through
serve over rice
