1/3 cup canned pumpkin (like Libby's)1/2 cup (4 oz) Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Almond Milk1 small banana1 scoop protein powder (use whatever flavor/brand you prefer. For nutritonals, I used 1 scoop vanilla EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder)1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spiceIce (5 ice cubes is a good start. Add more cubes from there to achieve the consistency you desire)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed. Enjoy your delicious pumpkin smoothie and reap the benefits of protein, calcium, and fruit all in one drink!
If you're feeling indulgent, top the smoothie with whipped cream and a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs with cinnamon sprinkled for garnish :)
