Ingredients
1 Lb. 93 % Ground Beef2 Lb. 93% Ground Turkey1 Lb. Italian Sausage1 Can Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans (15 oz.)1 Can Bush's Black Beans (15 oz.)1 Can Bush's Medium Chili (15 oz.)2 Can diced Hunts Tomatoes with seasoning, add with juice (28 oz.)2 cans Contadina tomato sauce (30 oz.)Sauteed 1 large onion, 3 stalks celery (chopped) & 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped in 1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil.1/2 lb bacon, fried & crumbled (I'll cut this up before I cook)3 Cups Progresso Beef Broth1/2 cup chili powder ( I do add more at the end, for taste)1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce, Minced Garlic, & Dried Oregano2 tsp. Ground Cumin2 tsp. Tabasco1 tsp Dried basil, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, & white sugarSauteed
Directions
Make Sauce, Sautee Vegetables, and brown meat, add all to sauce.

Stir to blend, than cover and simmer over low heat for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

After 2 hours, taste, and add more seasoning to your taste. The longer the chili simmers, the better it tastes.

Notes:

**Instead of simmering on the stove, I've placed Chili in the crockpot and set on low for an all day simmer.

**You can add 2 green Chili peppers, seeded and chopped but my family found this to hot. Chili Peppers are not included in the recipe.

**We freeze the left overs and the chili is even better.

One of my favorite recipes for winter. We love to freeze this in individual containers also. So many flavors and easy to adjust spice intensity. - 4/29/12
