1 tbsp Olive Oil5 large Eggs, fresh1 cup Spinach, frozen1 Italian tomato, chopped.5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled1 small Onion, chopped
1. Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat to medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook until starting to turn translucent.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and scramble together. Cook until egg is completely cooked.
Serve immediately.
