1C oats2C milk1C coconut milk3 grated carrots1 C coconut milk1 T cinnamon2 T crushed walnuts
Directions
Cook oats in milk while adding other ingredients. Let cook 10-15 min. Makes 5 servings. Garnish with 1 tbsp. crushed walnuts, 1 C milk and 1 tbsp. of the maple syrup.
