Fresh Cranberry Relish

2 cups fresh cranberries6 oz can crushed pineapple, in juice not syrup, (reserve juice)1 granny smith apple1/2 cup sugar8 oz glazed pecans chopped
In a food processor, chop frozen cranberries,then wash, core and hand chop 1 granny smith apple, drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Combine all these ingredients and stir in sugar. With a rolling pin, crush the pecans a little smaller, stir in and refrigerate over night. The reserved juice is to add moisture if you want more than it already has. Do not add until the next day as the sugar will draw out juice from the fresh fruit.
