Almond crusted Mahi Mahi (Paleo)

12 oz Tilapia or mahi mahi 1/4 cup Almond Meal Flour 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Onion Powder
Combine ground almonds, almond flour, herbs, and salt.
Coat mahi filets with almond mixture and let sit for 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
Place filets into heated skillet and cook 3-4 minutes per side, until coating is golden brown and fish flakes easily. (If filets are particularly thick, you can finish the fish in a pre-heated 400 degree oven.)
or just bake the fillet for 15-20 minutes.
