HCG Phase 2 - Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
1/4 cup sliced raddish1 Tbs Cilantro100g shrimp (Buy the shrimp from the store already cooked.)1/3 cup casa sanchez1/2 cup chopped cucumber4 dashes Tapatio1 Tbs Lemon JuiceSalt and Pepper2 cups field GreensSliced Red Onion, if desired
Directions
Chop everything up put it in a bowl and mix. Put your field greens a salad dish and put your ceviche mixture on top and eat it!
