Quinoa Meatloaf Muffins

2 lbs of ground meat ( I used ground chicken)1/2 cup raisins, chopped2 cups of quinoa cooked1 cup of grated or minced carrots1 sm. onion chopped2 eggsDash of milk 2 Tbls of Worcestershire SauceLarge pinch of Oregano1 teas. salt1/4 teas. pepper1/4 teas. Crushed red peppers flakes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine the meat, raisins, quinoa, carrots, onions, salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce together, making sure it is well combined. Add the Eggs and a dash of milk making sure everything holds together. Use a muffin pan "DO NOT GREASE IT" and distribute the meat mixture evenly into each cup mounding it a little. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until done,
