Pumpkin Fluff

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned or fresh pumpkin1 tsp splenda (or other sugar substitute)1 TBSP wheat germspices to taste (I used a small sprinkling of traditional ones: cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger3 TBSP cool whip light, thawed
Directions
Stir together pumpkin, splenda, wheat germ and spices. Then gently fold in cool whip. Enjoy! Makes one serving (approximately 3/4 cup).
