Stuffed Grilled Avacados

Ingredients
*Avacado (half), 4 servingRed Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced Garlic, 3 clovesBasil, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Directions
cut avacados in half and remove the pit (leave skin on). Place avacados face side down on a grill or broiler pan for approximately 2-3 minutes
mix all other ingredients together and place in the center of each avacado half.
place the stuffed halves (stuffed side up) back on the grill or broiler pan and cook for 5-10 minutes or until parmesan cheese has melted.
