Egg Beaters Omelet

Ingredients
1 C Egg Beaters4 Slices of Kraft Singles Fat Free American Cheese Slices2 slices of pre-cooked Smoked Turkey Bacon, crumbled.1/2 C Kroger Frozen Pepper & Onion BlendBlack Pepper to tastePAM to prevent "sticking"
Directions
Warm a large fry pan on medium heat. If its "nonstick" you don't need to add the PAM, otherwise coat pan to prevent sticking.

Scramble Egg Beaters and pour into hot pan. Sprinkle on pepper mixture and turkey bacon. Cover loosely and let cook. When mixture has set, add cheese and melt.

Flip browned omelet onto a platter. Very good served with a bit of salsa. Makes a serving large enough for two.
